Key Workers & CAHS Workers – CLP

CLP is looking for 2 Key Workers and Community Access and Homespace (CAHS) workers to join their team. Both Key Worker and CAHS Worker positions are full time 38 hours per week on a 12-month contract with possible extension.

CLP Key Worker

Remuneration is at SCHCADS Level 3 (Social and Community Services pay scales) plus fringe benefits. Degree in Social Work or similar preferred. Application kit including position description and selection criteria can be located by following this link: CLP Key Worker Application Kit

Reconnect Worker – Community Connections

Community Connections is recruiting a Reconnect Worker to start in January 2022. It is a full time position until 30 June 2022, with possible extension depending on funding. Remuneration will be at SCHCADS Award Level 4 or 5 depending on experience.
