Feedback & Complaints

CLA welcomes feedback – good and bad.

If you wish to provide feedback – a complaint, a compliment, or anything else, you can:

  • Use the form below. You can submit something anonymously.
  • Contact the CLA Coordinator – Morrie O’Connor – directly via emailing reception@communityliving.org.au

 

If you are wanting to make a complaint, you have the right to:
  • An independent advocate
  • A support person present and involved
  • Access to an Interpreter Service, which CLA can provide at your request
