CLA welcomes feedback – good and bad.
If you wish to provide feedback – a complaint, a compliment, or anything else, you can:
- Use the form below. You can submit something anonymously.

If you are wanting to make a complaint, you have the right to:
- An independent advocate
- A support person present and involved
- Access to an Interpreter Service, which CLA can provide at your request
